- Abstract: Graves' ophthalmopathy occurs in 25-50% of patients with Graves' disease. Although patients with Graves' ophthalmopathy mostly present with hyperthyroidism, a minority of patients have euthyroid or hypothyroid characteristics, which may delay a correct diagnosis. Here, we report a case of euthyroid Graves' ophthalmopathy that was initially negative for thyroid autoantibodies, but later changed to positivity.
