- Abstract: Hydrogen sulfide is a colorless gas and frequently lethal occupational hazard that causes tissue hypoxia with prominent neurological signs. Depending on the amount of exposure, many neurotoxic effects such as headache, disequilibrium, and loss of consciousness have been reported. However, a few address the brain MRI findings in hydrogen sulfide poisoning. We report serial brain MRI findings in a patient with hydrogen sulfide intoxication.
