- Abstract: Atopic dermatitis is a chronic dermatitis which accompanies severe pruritus. It has various modalities of treatment and yet ones that resist to temporizing treatments may be difficult to treat. Thus, we report a case of a severe adult type atopic dermatitis that resisted the established treatments, however, was treated successfully by wet-wrap dressing with the literature reviews.
