Abstract:
By using the test of leukocyte concentration in peripheral blood of some patients with myelodisplastic syndrome (MDS) hypoplasia/aphasia, the authors had drawn out some following: (1) The test of leukocyte concentration is valuable in the detection of immature cells in peripheral blood of patients with MDS and hypoplasia/aphasia. (2) In hypoplasia/aphasia: 28.8% of the patients have about 3.03% myeloblast and 39.7% have about 1.07% erythroblast in peripheral blood. (3) In MDS: 46.2% of the patients have 1.15% myeloblast and 61.5% of them have 1.92% erythroblast in peripheral blood.
