Abstract:
The socialization and variation of the general activities of the people health protection and care and the activity of consultation and treatment aims to attract the public contribution to enhancement of the health care and resolve the social equity. The 4 th decree of the excutive committee of the central party of 7th congress indicated that “effort for health care for everybody” and the cause of the health care was responsibilities of the publicity and individuals, party branch, authorities and social organizations at all levels.
