Abstract:
In the adult, sarcoma of bladder is extremely rare and usually accounts for less than 1 percent of adult bladder tumprs. Leiomyosarcoma, representing a malignancy arising in the smooth muscle cells of the bladder wall, predominates among these rare tumors. Herein a case of leiomyosarcoma of the bladder in a 57-year-old female is presented with a brief of review the literatures.
