RTP, renal ultrasonography, and RGP show a dilated left renal pelvis and linear filling defect in upper ureter the operative findings were as followings : the polyp has five linear polypoid mass, which was originated from left ureteropelvic junction. the base of polyp was protruded like a ureteral tumor with some ecchymosis grossly. We resected left ureteropelvic junction and upper ureter partially, and performed pyeloplasty after confirmation of benign nature of mass by frozen section.
