Abstract: Although vaccination is regarded as one of the most effective public health measure to prevent and control infectious diseases, no vaccine is perfectly safe. Therefore, safety management is an essential component in running National Immunization Program. Here, we review the current issues and suggest future perspectives of Korean vaccine safety management system.
