Abstract:
The united nation selected the year of 1999 as the international year of elderly with subjects” come to a society for all of age”. The number of elderly in Vietnam was increasingly. Although the economy has been difficulty, the average life expectancy of Vietnamese was as equal as this of Chinese and Thailand. There were 5 principles of activities for elderly during 1992-2002. The West pacific world health organization detailed these principles into 27 thorough contents for elderly health care.
