Abstract:
It is effective when managing vertically administrative fund in Hoa Binh health sector. The effectiveness has been illustrated by the results of activities in all areas. Implementing vertical fund management makes a better condition for Hoa Binh health sector fulfilling its functions and responsibilities. Hoa Binh health sector is more active in utilizing and allocating resources appropriately. Preventive and curative care at local levels has been located with more resources. Hoa Binh health sector has better conditions to focus on solving the medical equipment issue synchronously with relevant priorities. As a result, it can achieve highly effective investment.
