Abstract:
Mesenchymal hamartoma of the liver is rare benign lesion occurring exclusively in young children less than two years of age. It seldom occurs beyond the age of 5 and extremely rare in adults. We present here two cases of this uncommon tumors found in patients over the age of 19 years and a review of literature.
