- Abstract: A case of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the prostate gland in a 38-year-old Korean man is described. Microscopically, variable patterns, that is, glandular, trabecular, cribriform and solid areas, were seen. The unusual location of this tumor in our patient highlights the ubiquitous distribution of this malignant neoplasm.
