- Abstract: Leiomyoma is a benign tumors derived from smooth muscle cell. It is most commonly found in the uterus. However, leiomyoma rarely occurs in extremities and is more common in the lower limb than in the upper extremity. Leiomyoma in the hand is even rare. We present a case of leiomyoma which developed in the right hand of a man with a review of literatures.
