- Abstract: Supernumerary nipples or polythelia are developmental abnormalities located along the embryonic mammary lines. It occurs sporadically but familial aggregation was been reported. Polythelia has been reported in association with congenital malformations, in particular with renal anomalies. We report a case of polythelia.
