Abstract:
Acetonitril was used to extract ketoprofen from plasma. The revese phase HPLC was carried out with UV detector at 253nm column Nucleosil ODS 5m (4,6*250 mm); mobile phase: MeCN: AcOH: Triethylamin: H2O (50: 0.5: 0.3: 48.7 v/v); flow rate 0.85 ml/min.
