Abstract:
122 eyes of 87 patients (male 49, female 38) with open glaucoma treated by trabeculoretraction and followed up within 2 years (35.3% of patients) 1 years (37,3% of patients) and 6 months (27,4% of patients) has shown that the trabeculoretraction for open glaucoma to support the drug therapy has not been certain. The laser can reduce the drug therapy. After 5 years of treatment, the rate of patients with the adjustment of ocular hypertension. The complications due to rays (angle adhenence, temporary ocular hypertension, and anterior haemorrhage) were uncommon and can be managed.
