Abstract:
The people health protection and care at the local level required the drug with acceptable price, safety aiming at the treatment with lowest cost. The pharmacy activity was a important part of the health network at local level. There were some conditions to assure the pharmacy activity at the local level, including the network of drug supply, pharmacy staff, relation between health staffs, pharmacy policy for local level, training and retraining, and information of safe and rational drug use.
