Abstract:
A retrospective study on 146 cases of upper digestive bleeding clinically and endoscopic diagnosed within the first 24 hours during 1995-1999, who received the endoscopic emegency injection for bleeding stop in the gastroduodenal ulceration has shown that the primary rate of bleeding stop in the ulceration focuses was 86.30%. The method showed inexpensive, easy to implement which helped early and precisely diagnosing the lesions with continuous bleeding and risks of relapsed bleeding and remove the patients from the emegency condition to a stable condition. The method can be applied widly in the whole country.
