Abstract:
A retrospective study on 79 patients(male: 42) operated due to peritonitis and /or intraabdominal abscess. The operation was divided into 2 methods: complete abdominal monolayer close and uncomplete abdominal monolayer close. The results have shown that the complete abdominal monolayer close had many advantages when comparing with the uncomplete abdominal monolayer close including easy to care the incisions, less pain and short duration of scar healing
