Abstract:
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an excelent explorating method for possibility of early and precise diagnosis, especially in the brain tumors and medullary lesions. The author presents special 9 cases of brain tumors and medullary lesions, which have been diagnosed by MRI, and operated at the department of Neurosurgery Hanoi Saint-Paul Hospital in 1997
