Change of body mass index (BMI) of obesity by diet, physical activities and use of traditional medicine

Abstract:
The study was conducted in 61 obesity persons, who were divided into 3 different groups. 1st group treated diet with Barbara's exercise. 2nd group treated diet with traditional medicine, 3rd group treated diet only. The results showed that BMI was significant lower in all 3 groups. Reducing of body weight was observed in 91.8% of all obesity persons, and the highest was observed in group I. HDL-C was significantly increased, especially in group I and II. Treatment of obesity should be long-term interventions, of which change of behavior of obesity persons should be considered as the most important factor. In order to prevent the consequences of obesity, prevention of obesity should be considered
