Abstract:
The Vietnam Health Insurance was deploying the pilot method of liquidation and separating the hospital bursar for patients with the health insurance from the regulation of partial liquidation of hospital bursar, i.e from the liquidation according to the health service cost. It means that there must be the adjustment and correction of the regulations of government about the partial collection of the hospital bursar and liquidation mechanism of the health insurance budget
