- Abstract: External beam radiotherapy, transarterial chemoembolization and sorafenib are currently standard treatments for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein thrombosis. However, hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy has been applied to advanced stage HCC with a view to improving the therapeutic effect.
