Abstract: Endovascular interventional therapy is currently the main treatment for acute ischemic stroke，but some patients still have not achieved neurological function independence. Analysis of the predictive value of various factors for postoperative neurological function changes can provide more reference for selecting appropriate patient groups and treatment plans.
