Abstract:
The auther performed recession procedures upon the inferior oblique muscle in 4 cases in which inferior oblique muscle overaction in the Department of Ophthalmology of Korea University Hospital since April 1975 to January 1976. The results were as follows: One case was completly corrected and 3 cases were not satisfactory, however, external appearence seemed appreciable.
