- Abstract: Abstract The structure and occurrence of the congenital malformation registered in Mongolia. The research paper was made based on the descriptor methodology. Statistic formulation was conducted by using Stata13, MS excel, GIS software. Information about 441,967 mothers delivered babies, between 2006 and 2012 throughout Mongolia, are involved in this paper and the total of 2016 congenital malformation children, are registered. When distinguishing the occurrence of congenital malformations the organ system, abnormality of Circulatory system27.08% and Cleft lip and cleft palate18.4% are dominated. According to the maternal age and the relationship of cases of congenital malformation increase in the incidence of maternal age congenital malformation increasing slightly, but the difference was not statistically significant (x2 = 0.7, p = 0.7) was observed. However, chromosomal abnormalities in chromosomal anomalies were obviously high-performance. The sophisticated study on risk factors impacting on the birth of congenital malformation children, is required to decrease and prevent against its occurrence.
