Abstract:
The study was carried out on 188 cases of acute leukemia at Blood Transfusion and Hematology Center HCMC. All the patients were tested CD3, CD5, CD7, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD13, CD33, HLA- DR. The results showed that 87 B-ALL+ T-ALL, 94AML, 07 B-CLL with 15% of total cases disconcordanced between morphologic diagnosis and phenotyping diagnosis
