Abstract:
Glioma is the most common primary malignant intracranial tumor and has the highest recurrence rate of intracranial tumors. Although many therapeutic approaches have been applied in glioma, the efficacy is still limited. In recent years, copper death has gradually gained attention as a novel therapeutic strategy. This article reviews the prospect of copper death in glioma treatment and discusses its mechanism and application value.
