Abstract:
The rapid development of urbanization has led to the realistic demand for the reconstruction of rural medical and health service system. This paper systematically reviewed the rise and changes of rural doctor system, selected Sanming as the experimental sample for reconstruction, and extracted and summarized the " sharing rural doctor" mode. This mode is suitable for administrative villages with a small population under urbanization development. After focusing on service accessibility(service radius, transportation convenience), adjacent administrative villages share village doctors. At the same time, township health centers extend their services through regular visits, dispatching, and other forms to ensure the quality of basic medical and health services. It was found that the key factor of reconstruction rural medical and health service system lied in the three-dimensional reconstruction of goal, structure and form, and the core procedure of reconstruction was to establish the service delivery system of prevention, treatment, health and management. According to the experimental results, this mode has achieved performance improvement at both individual and organizational levels. The mode of Sanming has great reference value for the high-quality development and service mode reconstruction of rural medical and health service system under the background of urbanization.
