Abstract: Human milk is a product of human evolution and is crucial for the early growth and development of infants as well as maternal health. This paper discusses the research and application of human milk science in China, aiming to clarify the research pathways in this field and contribute to the promotion of breastfeeding initiatives and the realization of the Healthy China 2030 goals.
