Abstract: Pediatric calyceal diverticulum (CD) is a relatively rare entity. Fewer cases were reported in China treated by retroperitoneal laparoscoopic surgery in children. In this paper, 2 cases of children with CD admitted to our hospital were reported. CT urography showed cystic low-density mass without obvious enhancement, and delayed contrast agent was found to enter the lesion. Both cases underwent cystoscopy + retroperitoneoscopy + diverticular neck suture. They were followed up for 15 months and 9 months after the surgery, respectively, with favorable outcomes and no recurrence of CD.
