Abstract:
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the fruit of Lycium barbarum.Method:The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectral data.Result:The compounds obtained were identified as scopoletin(Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),p-coumaric acid(Ⅲ), glucose(Ⅳ), daucosterol(Ⅴ) and betaine(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from Lycium barbarum for the first time.
