Abstract: In recent years,the incidence rate of thyroid cancer has increased rapidly,among which papillary thyroid cancer(PTC)is the most common.And some PTC are highly invasive,mainly manifested as early cervical lymph node metastasis(CLNM),extrathyroid extension(ETE)and gene mutation.Ultrasound radiomics(USR)and it combined with gene test can help diagnose and evaluate PTC.The research progresses of USR and it combined with gene test for screening highly invasive PTC were reviewed in this article.
