Abstract:
Mechanical ventilation is an important strategy for the treatment of respiratory failure, and timely evacuation of mechanical ventilation is crucial for saving hospitalization costs and reducing the incidence of complications and mortality. As a noninvasive, radiation-free, real-time monitoring technology, electrical impedance imaging can reflect the regional distribution of lung ventilation and perfusion, providing a new judgment method and theoretical basis for the evacuation of mechanical ventilation. This paper introduces the principle and current research status of electrical impedance imaging technology, and focuses on its application value in mechanical ventilation evacuation.
