Abstract: This report describes a case of an elderly patient whose cardiac pacemaker lead had dislocated and whose battery had depleted.After evaluation,the patient required implantation of a leadless pacemaker.The procedure was successfully completed using solely transthoracic ultrasound guidance,marking the first leadless pacemaker implantation done with only ultrasound guidance,and achieved favorable clinical outcomes.
