Abstract:
OBJECTIVE A HPLC method was established for the assaying of metformin in human plasma. METHODS The mosulfonate and adjusted to pH 4.7 by phosphoric acid) (40:60) ,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, the detection was carried out with a than 10%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, and accurate, and it is suitable for the determination of metformin in the human plasma.
