Abstract:
Determination the general content flavonoids in Artemisia anomala with deffirent collection time and from stem,leaf and flowe r.METHODS:Spectrophotometry is used to determine the general flavono ids.RESULTS:The order of contents of general flavonoids is:florescen ce time(63.10mg/g)＞flower bud time(41.33mg/g)＞seedling time(21.32mg/g),flower( 95.74mg/g)＞leaf(53.12mg/g)＞stem(21.14mg/g).CONCLUSION:The method i s simple,rapid and reliable.It was useful basis for the purchasing of Artemisia anomala.
