Abstract:
OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the determination of nabumetone capsule by fluoresscent spectrophotmetry.METHOD:Spectrophotofluorimetry was used to determine the content of nabumetone capsules at the fixed wavelength,Ex=274.0nm,Em=355.0nm,in anhydrous ethanol.RESULTS:The average recovery is 99.91%,RSD=0.75%.The liner range is between 0.01～2μg/ml.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,sensitive and accuracy.
