Abstract:
A HPLC method was used to determine rapidly and simultaneously Dexamethason natri phosphate, Naphazolin nitrate and Chloramphenicol in some eyes drops. The method was carried out with column Lichrosorb RP 8 (25 cm x 4 nm I.D X 10 m), mobile phase: 10 nM Kalidihydropphosphat solution- Acetonitrile (7:3v/v) at flow rate 0,8 ml min-1, the detection at 250 nm.
