Abstract: Electronic Health Records (EHRs) are digital health tools that support comprehensive care and digital services. This paper provides an overview of EHRs, summarizes their current applications in palliative care, and proposes solutions to address issues in the use of EHRs in this field. The aim is to offer reference points for promoting the application of EHRs in palliative care in China.
