Abstract: Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH)is a common critical condition in neurosurgery,which is easily complicated by cerebral vasospasm and delayed cerebral ischemia,leading to a high morbidity and mortality rate.Currently,there is a lack of objective and specific medical methods for the early recognition of these two complications.The authors summarized the methods of early identification of cerebral vasospasm and delayed cerebral ischemia,which have attracted much attention,and relate them to current clinical practice with a view to providing references to early identification and intervention in high-risk patients,and thus to improving patients'neurological prognosis.
