Abstract:
Objective:To explore the psychological experience and coping behavior of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease towards kinesiophobia, so as to provide reference for improving their exercise rehabilitation effect. Methods:Using the purposive sampling method, a total of 16 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and semi-structured interviews were conducted. Colaizzi's seven-step analytical method was used to analyze the data and refine the themes. Results:A total of three themes and ten sub-themes were extracted, including the experience of kinesiophobia (pain experience triggering kinesiophobia, negative emotions exacerbating kinesiophobia experience, lack of exercise health literacy exacerbating kinesiophobia experience), coping with kinesiophobia (psychological adjustment, establishing exercise habits, actively avoiding exercise, passive vicious cycle) and multi-level cardiac rehabilitation support needs (professional support needs, family support needs, social support needs) .Conclusions:Kinesiophobia after the onset of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease is an important obstacle to cardiac rehabilitation and there are multiple levels of cardiac rehabilitation support needs. Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological experience of kinesiophobia in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, meet the multidimensional needs of patients to alleviate kinesiophobia, promote active coping and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
