Abstract:
Asthma is the most common respiratory disease in childhood. It is one of the focuses of clinical nursing practice to pay attention to the preparation of children with asthma during the transition from hospital to family, meet the needs of children and main caregivers, and help children transition smoothly from hospital to family. Therefore, this article reviews the relevant theoretical models, research status, influencing factors, assessment tools and suggestions for improving the readiness for the hospital-family transition period in children with asthma, in order to provide reference for accurate assessment and intervention of transition readiness of children with asthma in China in the future.
