Abstract:
Objective:To systematically integrate domestic and foreign studies on weight management of breast cancer patients, in order to comprehensively understand the experience and influencing factors of breast cancer patients in the process of weight management. Methods:PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Web of Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO, China Biology Medicine disc, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were systematically searched for qualitative research on the experience of breast cancer patients during weight management. The search period was from establishment of the databases to May 2022. The quality of the final included literature was evaluated, and Meta-integration was carried out using the aggregated Meta-integration method of Joanna Briggs Institute Centre for Evidence-based Health Care, Australia. Results:Finally, 13 literatures were included, 46 complete and clear research results were extracted, which were summarized into 11 new categories, and three integrated results were constructed, including multiple effects of weight on psychology after cancer, insufficient weight management effectiveness and negative effects of external factors. Conclusions:Weight gain has a negative effect on the physical and mental health of breast cancer patients. Medical staff should pay more attention to the weight management of breast cancer patients and develop personalized interventions.
