Abstract:
Based on the clinical characteristics of patients with complex congenital heart disease in newborns, this article reviews the postoperative enteral nutrition for complex congenital heart disease in newborns from five aspects, including common problems and difficulties in enteral nutrition after surgery for complex congenital heart disease in newborns, nutritional needs assessment, nutritional status assessment, nutritional risk screening, and clinical practice of enteral nutrition in patients with complex congenital heart disease in newborns. This article aims to provide reference and suggestions for subsequent research and formulation of plans in China, and promote the practice and development of postoperative enteral nutrition for complex congenital heart disease in newborns in China.
