Abstract:
Objective:To establish a family self-management behavior system for ischemic stroke patients. Methods:The first draft of the indicator system was drafted through literature research, semi-structured interviews, and group discussions. From January to February 2023, purposive sampling was used to select 16 experts for Delphi expert consultation. The questionnaire was distributed via email and the weights of indicators at all levels were determined using analytic hierarchy process. Results:Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted, with effective questionnaire response rates of 100.00% (16/16) and 93.75% (15/16), respectively. The authority coefficients of the two rounds of consultation with experts were 0.938 and 0.944, respectively, and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.347 and 0.317, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.001). The final constructed indicator system included 4 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 43 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The constructed family self-management behavior system for ischemic stroke patients is very scientific and reliable, which has guiding significance for the family self-health management of ischemic stroke patients.
