Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of focused solution mode combined with daily target management in patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (LPD) .Methods:A total of 92 LPD patients who were admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given focused solution mode combined with daily target management based on the control group. The anxiety score, depression score, gastrointestinal function recovery and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The first intake time, the first feeding time and the first anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05) . After intervention, the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P< 0.05) . Conclusions:The implementation of focused solution mode combined with daily target management can alleviate the negative emotions of LPD patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the occurrence of complications.
