Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing interventions based on well-being PERMA model in patients with spinal fracture accompanying spinal cord injury. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 116 patients with spinal fracture accompanying spinal cord injury who received treatment in the Comprehensive Orthopedics Department of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received nursing intervention based on well-being PERMA model. The scores of subjective well-being, activity of daily living, motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention and after intervention (3 months after discharge) .Results:Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of subjective well-being, motor function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of activity of daily living were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Application of nursing intervention based on well-being PERMA model in patients with spinal fracture accompanying spinal cord injury can improve subjective well-being and quality of life of patients, and improve their activity of daily living and motor function.
