Abstract:
The organizational health literacy of medical institutions is generally low, which seriously affects the health outcome and satisfaction of patients, and has not remained enough attention by medical institutions and medical personnel. This paper reviews the concept, assessment tools, current situation, influencing factors and intervention measures of organizational health literacy, so as to provide reference for improving organizational health literacy in medical institutions.
