Abstract:
Objective:To summarize the best evidence for postoperative nursing of infants with head and neck hemangiomas.Methods:This study retrieved systematic reviews, guidelines, expert consensus and other literatures related to postoperative nursing for infants with head and neck hemangiomas from domestic and foreign guide websites, relevant society websites, and databases through computer search. The search period was from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2021. Article quality evaluation and evidence level assessment were conducted to summarize the best evidence for postoperative nursing of infants with head and neck hemangiomas.Results:A total of 5 articles were included, including 2 systematic reviews, 2 guidelines, 1 expert consensus, and 17 pieces of best evidence were formed.Conclusions:Based on the existing literature, the best evidence for postoperative nursing of infants with head and neck hemangiomas is scientific and comprehensive, and it is recommended that medical staff formulate localized practice plans based on the actual clinical situation for evidence application.
